In addition to our Annual and Capital Campaigns, Memorial Plaques and Tribute Cards,
there are a variety of giving
opportunities—reflecting a range of levels of support—available through the
Maimonides Development Department. All are essential to our school’s overall
financial well-being. For more information on any of these opportunities, call
the Development Office at 617-232-4452 x410.
Maimonides encourages its friends to consider including the school in their estate planning. Over the years, hundreds of bequests have enriched annual revenues or expanded the school’s endowment, generating interest that directly benefits students and their families.
A multitude of existing and proposed academic and general needs are available for donors to underwrite via annual gifts or endowments. These range from curriculum expansion and enhancement to athletic equipment, from technology to bricks and mortar.
Maimonides School welcomes monetary gifts designated to expand the libraries’ collections and the inventory of sacred books in the synagogue and beit medrash.
Our school is happy to consider non-monetary support in the form of goods and services. We also accept car donations.
Corporations often have programs that will match contributions made by employees, retirees, and their spouses to qualifying nonprofit organizations such as Maimonides School. Each corporation establishes specific guidelines regarding the type of organizations included, donor eligibility, and the dollar amount that will be matched.
